The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Member", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Website" and "Us", refers to upbit-trade or upbit-trade.

upbit-trade knows that you care how information about you is used and shared. Hence we make a strong commitment to protect and respect the privacy principles regarding the information that you provide. By using our website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement. Like many websites we use "cookies", and we obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses our website. All the data given by a Member to upbit-trade will be only privately stored and not disclosed to any third parties.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services.

Investment Rules

• *Every deposit is considered to be a private transaction between upbit-trade and its client.
• *Clients process all financial transactions solely at their own discretion and their own risk. The size and term of deposit is determined personally by each client.
• *Accrual of interest on the investment is calculated and credited to client's account daily on 'Daily' investment plans.
• *The interest rate depends on the amount of investment, investment plan and deposit term.
• *Client may choose any payment system or cryptocurrency that we accept in order to make a deposit. upbit-trade accepts only USD for investing.
• *Client can open only one account per IP/Family/Device. If you wish to open another account contact us before at admin@upbit-trade.biz. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed automatically and funds will be taken out as Donation to upbit-trade and No further change shall be done.

Anti SPAM Policy

Spam is commercial e-mail or unsolicited bulk e-mail, including "junk mail", which has not been requested by the recipient. It is intrusive and often irrelevant or offensive, and it wastes valuable resources. Inappropriate newsgroup activities, consisting of excessive posting of the same materials to several newsgroups, are also deemed to be spam.

• We don't tolerate SPAM in our company.
• We forbid unsolicited e-mails of any kind in connection with the marketing of the services provided by upbit-trade.
• If any law enforcement agency, internet provider, web hosting provider or other person or entity provide us with notice that you may have engaged in transmission of unsolicited e-mails or may have engaged in otherwise unlawful conduct or conduct in violation of an internet service provider's terms of service or any such policies or regulations, we will reserve the right to cooperate in any investigation relating to your activities including disclosure of your account information.
• If you didn't receive a letter from upbit-trade please don't forget to check your Spam folder because some email services may mark our email as Spam.

Terms of Participation

Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Members must provide upbit-trade with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name and email address.

To the full extent allowed by applicable law, upbit-trade at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.

Members may not.

• * Select or use an Email Address of another person
• * Use a name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person
• * Use a false or misleading name,or email address to activate or use a Member account.

Our Rights

upbit-trade reserves the right to track Member's activity by both IP Address as well as individual browser activity

upbit-trade has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel, at any time and for any or no reason, a Member's membership in and access to the website and the program. All earnings may be cancelled at our sole discretion.

Member Compliance

Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this agreement. Member agrees not to attempt to earn through other than legitimate channels authorized by upbit-trade. Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.

We shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision we make relating to the cancellation of earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.

Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in the program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.

Disclaimer & Limitation of liability

We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of the program at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the members' interests as a whole. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the current terms.

Customer Service and Support

• Every client has the right to get any additional information from our support service.
• Client may contact our support service via our Ticket system or another method which is convinient for him.
• Client agrees to behave politely with our support service and follow the instructions to prevent anyone from potentially negative situation.
